Western Isles / Outer Hebrides bird sightings for today, 10th April 2020

Carinish, North Uist
360 Barnacle Geese flew north-west this morning. A Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff, Whimbrel and Pink-footed Goose were also present. A total of 740 Barnacle Geese were seen passing from early morning to 11.20am.

Claddach Baleshare, North Uist
A Willow Warbler was seen there and 38 Barnacle Geese flew north-west this morning with another 80 passing over early afternoon

Liniclate, Benbecula
Circa 2,000 Golden Plover were seen today between Liniclate and Borve

The first Sand Martin of the year were seen on Benbecula this morning
