Western Isles / Outer Hebrides bird sightings for today, 18th April 2020. Updated throughout the day

Rubh' Arnal, North Uist
A Lapland Bunting, a 3CY Glaucous Gull and two 2CY Iceland Gulls were there today. Also present were 4+ Whimbrel, nine Pale-bellied Brent Geese, two Little Terns and several White Wagtails

Carinish, North Uist
A Lesser Redpoll, 2 Common Redpolls, 2 Willow Warblers, a Goldcrest, 4 Pink-footed Geese and a Greenland Wheatear were around the township and 3 Arctic Terns, 2 Little Terns, 1 Arctic Skua, and 7 Long-tailed Ducks were seen on North Ford this morning

Four White-fronted Geese were there today
