In addition to the Black-tailed Godwits at Baleshare a Glaucous Gull was present again this morning on the saltings at Teanamachar.

At Boisdale, South Uist this morning, there were only 6 Black-tailed Godwits, 12 Golden Plover and circa 20 Snipe. Further north this afternoon, there were 24 Black-tailed Godwits, 24+ Snipe and an adult male Ruff at Milton, while on Bornish machair there were 94 Golden Plover. Ormiclate held the most birds with 61 Black-tailed Godwits and 142 Golden Plover on newly mowed fields. At Stoneybridge there were circa 70 Swallows feeding low over the fields.
