On Lewis (Ness) today were 11 Snow Buntings.

Sightings on North Uist at Baleshare involved at least four Glaucous Gulls while an adult Iceland Gull was found dead (carcass picked clean). Unusually a flock of 130 Barnacle Geese flew S and going quite far out before returning (perhaps spooked by a White-tailed Eagle).

A juvenile Glaucous Gull was on the beach at Balivanich, Benbecula.

And on South Uist a kumlieni Iceland Gull and two Glaucous Gulls were at Smerclate while the Brambling remains in a South Glendale garden.

On Barra today, the 2nd winter kumlien's gull was again at Brevig. At Ardveenish there were at least 5 Iceland gulls and 2 2nd winter glaucous gulls. The 2 Greenland white-fronted geese were still at Cleat. On Vatersay, the juvenile kumlien's gulls was still around Caolis and 2 adult Iceland gulls were by the causeway.
