The Rose-coloured Starling was still at Borve this afternoon. My first returning Greenshank was at Northbay yesterday and 3 Sand Martins were at Eoligarry today.

At Rubh' Arnal this morning there were four Whimbrel (distant photo of three) and there was much activity at the Sand Martin colony in the dunes.

I was scanning the gulls on the beach from the top of the low dunes near the fish dump when an Otter came ashore.
