38 Pink-footed Geese around the loch and 5 Fieldfare were nearby inNess. 43 Pink-footed Geese were at South Dell.

6 Whimbrel and 4 White Wagtails were there today
Loch Branahuie, Isle of Lewis
The flock of Long-tailed Ducks on the loch totalled 409 birds this morning together with 13 Pinkfeet and 24 White Wagtails. A 2CY glaucous Gull was also seen there late afternoon. 415 Great Northern Divers (largest group 60 birds) and 12 Common Scoters were were in Broad Bay
Tiumpan Head, Isle of Lewis
25+ Great Skuas and an Arctic Skua passed offshore during a morning watch and a female Scaup was present on Loch na Tiumpan yesterday

The first Corncrake of the year to be heard in and around the township was calling early this morning

A near 4 hour seawatch this morning produced 4 Eider (N), 1 Common Scoter [adult male] (S), 1 Black-throated Diver (N), 4 Fulmars (1S 3N), 3 Manx Shearwaters (2S 1N), 117 Gannets (64S 53N), 4 Shag (N), 5 Cormorants (2S 3N), 15 Black-tailed Godwits (N), 28 Kittiwakes (21S 7N), 7 Great Skuas (1S 6N), 3 Arctic Skuas (2S 1N), 1 Guillemot (S), 2 Razorbills (N) and 22 auk sp (1S 21N).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 4, Shoveler 1, Tufted Duck 8, Eider 8, Red-throated Diver 1, Great Northern Diver 3, Cormorant 8, Golden Eagle 1 [adult], Common Buzzard 3, Whimbrel 8, Purple Sandpiper 6, Arctic Tern 4, Merlin 1, Raven 3, Sand Martin 4, Wheatear 2, White Wagtail 1, Pied Wagtail 1 and Meadow Pipit 6
