A juvenile Glaucous Gull flew north-west along the shore late morning

Counting period: 09:00 - 10:45
Weather: Wind NW F2-3, 8/8 cloud with occasional light snow shower. Temp 2.2C falling to 1.5C.

A near two hour seawatch this morning produced 1 Eider (S), 1 Great Northern Diver (N) and 4 Shag (3S 1N).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 39, Shelduck 10, Wigeon 138, Teal 7, Tufted Duck 1, Red-throated Diver 1, Great Northern Diver 4, Cormorant 9, White-tailed Eagle 1, Common Buzzard 1, Ringed Plover 90, Bar-tailed Godwit 35, Turnstone 27, Knot 1, Dunlin 109, Purple Sandpiper 64, Snipe 1 and Raven 4

On Barra the parvipes type Canada Goose was at Borve again. This is the first time I've seen it there in about a week. There were about 60 Long-tailed Ducks off shore. A Fieldfare and 2 Woodcock were new in at Brevig.
