Western Isles / Outer Hebrides bird sightings for today, 2nd July 2020. Updated throughout the day

Skigersta, Isle of Lewis
The two Rose-coloured Starlings were still there today as was the one at Cross. A forth bird was also present at South Dell

Loch Druidibeg, South Uist
The Osprey was again seen there this afternoon.

Barra.
The small movement of Crossbills that has been a feature since mid-June continues. Today 4 were quietly feeding on pine cones at Ardmhor and at least 2 flew SW over Castlebay.
