A Lapland Bunting was seen there today. The juvenile Curlew Sandpiper was also still present

A seawatch from 09:45 - 17:30 produced 150 Leach's Petrels, 1 Storm Petrel, 203 Sooty Shearwaters, 2,000 Manx Shearwaters, 874 Fulmars, 4 *Sabine's Gulls* (3 juveniles and an adult), 31 Kittiwakes, 5 Arctic Skuas, 7 Great Skuas, 1 Pomarine Skua [adult], 111 Gannets, 11 Common Tern, 1 Arctic Tern, 10 Red-throated Divers, 3 Great Northern Divers, 22 Turnstones, 4 Knot, 3 Golden Plover, 5 Sanderling and 20 pale-bellied Brent Geese all heading west

A seawatch this morning (0800-1145) produced the following all flying SW: 6 Fulmars, 43 Gannets, 4 Great Northern Divers, 1 Great Skua, 25 Kittiwakes, 2 Leach's Petrels, 117 Manx Shearwaters, 1 Pomarine Skua and 8 Red-throated Divers.

Eoligarry, Barra
A juvenile Long-tailed Skua. 1 Sooty Shearwater, 1 Leach's Petrel, 6 Common Scoter, 4 Great Skuas and 11 Turnstone flew south this morning. A *Sabine's Gull* also flew south at 11.03.

Ruhba Ardvule, South Uist
Counting period: 06:20-11:10
Weather: Wind W - WSW f6-7, sunny periods with occasional showers. Temp 12-13C.

A near four hour seawatch this morning produced 8 Common Scoter (S), 3 Red-throated Divers (S), 7 Great Northern Divers (S), 1 Storm Petrel (S), 5 Leach's Petrels (S - peregrine took one), 29 Fulmars (S), 2 Sooty Shearwaters (S), 59 Manx Shearwaters (S), 395 Gannets (S), 2 Shag (S), 5 Oystercatchers (S), 2 *Sabine's Gulls* (single juveniles S at 08;30 & 10;25), 7 Lesser Black-backed Gulls (S), 9 Arctic Terns (S), 2 Great Skuas (S), 1 Pomarine Skua (S - juvenile), 2 Arctic Skuas (S), and 4 Razorbills (S).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 16, Red-throated Diver 1, Peregrine 1, Sand Martin 6, Swallow 3, Pied Wagtail 6, Meadow and Pipit 8.

A 2 hour post-work seawatch off the west side of Vatersay from 2pm produced 1 Leach's Petrel, 5 Sooty Shearwaters, 4 Great Skuas, c550 Manx Shearwaters and 31 Pale-bellied Brents in 2 flocks, all heading south.
