19 Snow Buntings still present today

Stornoway, Isle of Lewis
A total of 8 Iceland Gulls (2 adults, 2 x 2nd winter and 4 juveniles) and 6 Glaucous Gulls (3 juveniles and 3 x 2nd winters) were seen in and around the Stornoway Harbour area today.

Askernish, South Uist
The 12 Fieldfare are still there this morning (see Bills post of 4th Feb)

Ruhba Ardvule, South Uist
A two hour seawatch this morning produced 3 Eider (S), 2 Long-tailed Ducks (S), 1 Red-breasted Merganser (S), 2 Gannets (1S 1N), 22 Shag (5S 17N), 2 Cormorants (N), 1 Kittiwake (S) and 3 Razorbills (S).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 35, Wigeon 80, Teal 9, Tufted Duck 11, Long-tailed Duck 3, Goldeneye 3, Red-breasted Merganser 1, Red-throated Diver 5, Great Northern Diver 2, Shag 18, Cormorant 27, Purple Sandpiper 2, Black-headed Gull 1, Glaucous Gull 1 (juvenile) and Twite 1

Smerclate, South Uist
A 3rd winter Glaucous Gull was seen there today

South Glendale, South Uist
The male Brambling is still to be found in a garden there

At Rubh' Arnal, North Uist this morning there were 62 pale-bellied Brent Geese, six Iceland Gulls (two adults), three Glaucous Gulls and nine Snow Buntings.
