Stornoway, Isle of Lewis
7 **Great Shearwaters** 2 Sooty Shearwaters and 3 Storm Petrels were seen at sea from the Ullapool - Stornoway ferry this morning. Another 2 **Great Shearwaters** 30 Sooty Shearwaters, 1 Leach's Petrel and a Pomarine Skua were seen in the afternoon

Loch Branahuie, Isle of Lewis
2 Goldeneye and a Black-tailed Godwit were there today. 25 Black-thoated Divers and a Great Northern Diver were in Broad Bay

Loch Scolpaig, North Uist
A female / immature Pintail was seen there today

Carinish, North Uist
A Whimbrel was seen on Bail' Iochdrach

Clachan, South Uist
3 Ruff were there this evening

West Gerinish, South Uist
2 Ruff were in the south-west corner of Loch Bee this evening

Rubha Ardvule, South Uist
A Ruff and 2 Curlew Sandpipers were there early afternoon with another Ruff nearby on Bornish machair

Barra
A Curlew Sandpiper was at Traigh Mhor this afternoon. We don't see many on Barra, so all the more surprising to find one with rings! A quick search online suggests it may be from a Norwegian-based ringing scheme.
