Grenitote, North Uist
The ***Snowy Owl*** is still to be found to the north of the picnic area
Ruhba Ardvule, South Uist
Counting period: 06:10 - 08:40
Weather: Wind SSW F4-5 veering WSW F5-6, 8/8 cloud with one short spell of light drizzle, temp 12C.
A 2.5 hour seawatch this morning produced 5 Storm Petrels (S), 20 Fulmars (19S 1N), 3 Sooty Shearwaters (S), 396 Manx Shearwaters (S), 149 Gannets (134S 15N), 2 Shag (1S 1N), 1 Whimbrel (S), 3 Common Terns (S), 7 Black Guillemots (S) and 1 auk sp (S). 3 Bottle-nosed dolphins were als seen heading south
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 6, Rock Dove 35 and Raven 3
