A Leach's Petrel, 5 Arctic Skuas, 3 Great Skuas and 160 Manx Shearwaters were seen offshore at Aird this afternoon

Ardivachar, South Uist
The Viking Gull was seen there again today

West Gerinish, South Uist
Late news: 52 Black-tailed Godwits and 120 Dunlin were in the south-west corner of Loch Bee yesterday. There were also c600 Mute Swans and 2 Whooper Swans on the Loch. 7 Whimbrel flew south at nearby Ardivachar

2 juvenile Mediterranean Gulls among the Common Gulls at Traigh Bhialais appear to be the first record for Vatersay.
Barra
Juvenile Mediterranean Gull again at Traigh Mhor. A Mandarin, probably an eclipse drake has again been in a garden in Castlebay for the past week or so.
