A juvenile Dotterel and 38 Lapland Bunting were to the south-west of the lighthouse this morning
Loch Ordais, Isle of Lewis
The juvenile ***Semipalmated Sandpiper*** was again seen on the beach
Baleshare, North Uist
A ***Baird's Sandpiper*** was at the north-west end of Lag Gorm this morning. The two *Buff-breasted Sandpipers* and a Lapland Bunting were also there
Eochar, South Uist
A Curlew Sandpiper was on the mud flats by Hebridean Jewellery this morning and three were there in the evening
North Boisdale, South Uist
A Whimbrel and four Black-tailed Godwits were on the machair

Weather: Wind SW f6 gust f7, 8/8 cloud, heavy rain, variable mist at sea. Temp 14-15C
A near six hour seawatch today produced 12 Red-throated Divers (S), 1 Black-throated Diver (S), 1 Great Northern Diver (S), 7 Storm Petrels (S), 1 Leach's Petrel (S), 98 Fulmars (S), 37 Manx Shearwaters (S), 946 Gannets (944S 2N), 6 Golden Plover (S - in off the sea), 9 Kittiwakes (S), 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull (S), 1 Great Skua (S), 1 Arctic Skua (S), 29 Razorbills (S) and 42 auk sp (S).
A Teal and a Red-throated Diver were also in the area
