Tha drake Goosander was again at the head of the loch (near Balallan)

Counting period: 08:05 - 10:50
Weather: Wind SE F7 gust F9. 8/8 cloud, rain at first clearing. Temp 7 -8C.

A near 3 hour seawatch this morning produced 15 Eider (14S 1N), 1 Common Scoter [female] (S), 8 Long-tailed Duck (6S 2N), 1 Red-breasted Merganser (S), 3 Red-throated Divers (S), 1 Great Nothern Diver (S), 5 Gannets (S), 1 Shag (N) and 1 Cormorant
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 6, Shelduck 3, Wigeon 3, Teal 5, Tufted Duck 15, Goldeneye 1, Red-throated Diver 2, Great Northern Diver 2, Cormorant 16, Knot 1, Purple Sandpiper 2, Black-headed Gull 2 and Rock Pipit 3
