Butt of Lewis
A Black Redstart was seen in the lighthouse compound today

Clachan Sands, North Uist
180 Pinkfeet heading NW at 1720 broke formation and headed back SW, eventually appearing to land to join one of the flocks of Barnacle Geese.

Aird an Runair, North Uist
Two ***Cackling Geese*** still present there with Barnacle Geese today. Nearby at Loch nam Feithean there were 9 Pintail.

Loch Mor, Benbecula
A Little Egret was present today

Ardivachar, South Uist
Large numbers of waders at high tide with over 1000 Turnstone, 194 Purple Sandpiper, 480+ Sanderling. Nearby at Northbay there were c350 Sanderling and c270 Bar-tailed Godwits.

Loch Bee, South Uist
Most birds near the causeway or on the east side of the causeway: Whooper Swan 112, Wigeon 327, Tufted Duck 254, Scaup 7, Goldeneye 5, Pintail 1f in SW corner. Also 55 Redshank there. At least 750 Golden Plover in the air over the range.
