Loch Stiapabhat, Isle of Lewis
The ***Richardson's Cackling Goose*** was again seen amongst Barnacle Geese

Stornoway, Isle of Lewis
The 3rd winter Glaucous Gull was again at Marybank Salmon Plant today

Loch Bee, South Uist
The Little Egret was seen at the north-west corner of Loch Bee today

Ruhba Ardvule, South Uist
Counting period: 07:50 - 10:05
Weather: Wind WSW f7-8, mix of cloud and showers plus a few sunny spells. Temp 6C.

A 2+ hour seawatch this morning produced 6 Eider (S), 13 Gannets (10S 3N), 7 Shag (N), 1 Cormorant (N), 2 Kittiwakes (S), 170 Common Gulls (S), 12 Great Black-backed Gulls (S), 1 Glaucous Gull (S - adult in off the sea) and 80 Herring Gulls.
Also present in the area were Shelduck 12, Wigeon 26, Tufted Duck 8, Red-breasted Merganser 2, Great Northern Diver 1, Cormorant 47, Grey Plover 1, Bar-tailed Godwit 23, Turnstone 50, Purple Sandpiper 167, Black-headed Gull 8, Common Gull 80, Great Black-backed Gull 7, Herring Gull 45 and Hooded Crow 2
