    Ardivachar Beach
    340 Bar-tailed Godwits, 43 Turnstones., 1 Great-northern Diver. Other waders but too far out.
    Machair
    50 Twites, 15 Curlews.
    West Loch Bee
    30+ White-fronted Geese (possibly more as the ground shelved away).
    South-west Loch Bee
    93 Tufted Ducks, 155 Widgeons, 10 Teals, 164 Lapwings; 8 Golden Plovers.
    Kilaulay
    21 Redwings, 1 Song Thrush

    The only birds of note during walking the dogs at Eachkamish (Baleshare), North Uist in the late morning were three Snow Buntings. One came down on the shingle ridge so I was able to obtain the attached photo.

    Here at Askernish there were 70+ Purple Sandpipers (a high count for here) on the beach amongst the exposed rocks at low tide and 60+ Redwing in and around the township. A Coot was again at Eilean nan Ramh and other was behind the co-op at Dalibrough
