The drake *Ring-necked Duck* was seen again late afternoon

2 Grey Phalaropes were therethis afternoon

Loch Ardvule, South Uist
3 Lapland Buntings were seen there today. A Little Tern and 32 Brent Geese passed the point between 15:00 - 16:00.

Bornish, South Uist
A juvenile *Common Rosefinch* was seen there today

Castlebay, Barra
The ****Swainson's Thrush**** was again seen in woods to the east of the football pitch this early afternoon

Ardmhor Plantation, Barra
The **Arctic Warbler** was seen there again this morning

Eoligarry, Barra
A Yellow-browed Warbler was seen in a garden there. The 9 *Glossy Ibis* was still on the floods there

Traigh Mhor, Barra
51 Brent Geeese were seen there today

Always Birding
After a visit to the hospital this afternoon where 3 Swallows were around the car park, the day was brightened by the presence of a juvenile Ring-necked Duck on the loch opposite the house (Loch na Cuithe Moire, Askernish). A welcome house and patch tick!
