3 Black-tailed Godwits were there today
Lochboisdale, South Uist
A vast feeding flock consisting of thousands of seabirds were seen at the mouth of the loch from the Lochboisdale - Mallaig ferry this afternoon. It included circa 6000 Manx Shearwaters, 25-30 Storm Petrels, 200 Fulmars, 3 Great Skuas, 130 Sooty Shearwaters, 2 **Great Shearwaters** and a **Cory's Shearwater**

Weather: Wind close to SW F4for most of watch, dull and drizzly with misty periods. Temp 13-15c. Brighter in last quarter of watch
A 3 hour seawatch this morning produced 2 Eider (N), 4 Red-throated Divers (S), 3 Black-throated Divers (S), 1 Great Northern Diver (S), 9 Storm Petrels (S), 14 Fulmars (S), 7 Sooty Shearwaters (S), 1158 Manx Shearwaters (S), 124 Gannets (116S 8N), 3 Kittiwakes (S), and 2 Arctic Terns (S).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 5, Tufted Duck 2, Cormorant 8, Oystercatcher 43, Curlew 5, Raven 1, Sand Martin 2, White Wagtail 1
A Ruff was nearby on the Bornish machair
