The trails were pretty icy at Locheynort this morning and the woods pretty quiet but managed to add a few more species to the year list including Greenshank and Sparrowhawk.

At Ardvule the female Pintail was on the loch and a single White-tailed Eagle was on the beach, plenty of duck on the loch and pretty good numbers of waders on the beach.

A Black-throated diver was offshore Aird-mhicheil, an adult Glaucous Gull was on the beach at Stoneybridge, 3 Common Scoter at Peninerine and at West Loch Ollay a Little Egret was pretty active and after much searching the female Pochard was located out on the loch.
