Malaclete, North Uist
The *Snow Goose* was with Barnacle Geese in a field there

Loch Bee, South Uist
5 Scaup were in the south-west corner of Loch Bee and 100 Greenland White-fronts were on the west bank. A Snow Bunting was nearby on Eochar machair

West Loch Ollay
Drake *Green-winged Teal* and 3 female Velvet Scoters were there today

Loch Bornish, South Uist
The female ***Lesser Scaup*** and a Velvet Scoter were seen there again this morning. The Little Egret was also nearby at Loch Toronais

Rubha Ardvule, South Uist
Counting period: 09:40-11:20
Weather: Wind NNE f 1-2, mostly zero cloud and prolonged sunshine. Temp 2 - 3c.

A near 2 hour seawatch this morning produced 1 Eider (N), 3 Long-tailed Ducks (S), 1 Razorbill (S), 3 Red-throated Divers (S), 1 Gannet (S), and 12 Shag (3S 9N).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 14, Wigeon 37, Mallard 116, Teal 12, Tufted Duck 19, Red-breasted Merganser 1, Lapwing 33, Golden Plover 53, Bar-tailed Godwit 61, Black-tailed Godwit 2, Purple Sandpiper 2, Snipe 1, Black-headed Gull 1, Red-throated Diver 13, Great Northern Diver 5, Cormorant 23, Hen Harrier 1, White-tailed Eagle 2, Merlin 1, Hooded Crow 3, Raven 2, Pied Wagtail 1, and Rock Pipit 1

A scan off the north and east side of the island in near perfect viewing conditions produced 1 Velvet Scoter, 14 Common Scoters (a high count for this area) and 32 Black-throated Divers. A Snow Bunting was on the beach at Uidh.
