A *Common Rosefinch* was see near Vatersay township today (See Bruce's post below)
Ben Risary Plantation, North Uist
A male Bullfinch and a pair of Redpolls were seen there today
Ardivachar, South Uist
A Sandwich Tern was seen off shore and a pair of Long-tailed Ducks were nearby in North Bay
South Glendale, South Uist
A Siskin was seen in a garden there
Ruhba Ardvule, South Uist

Weather: Wind NNE F1, 8/8 high cloud, temp 12.8 - 14.4 C
A 3+ hour seawatch this morning produced 26 Common Scoters (S), 1 Red-throated Diver (S), 4 Great Northern Divers (2S 2N), 4 Storm Petrels (3S 1N), 3 Fulmars (N), 44 Manx Shearwaters (1S 43N), 146 Gannets (84S 62N), 1 Shag (N), 40 Kittiwakes (37S 3N), 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull (N), 3 Arctic Skuas (N), 9 Guillemots (S), 5 Razorbills (S), 1 Black Guillemot (N), 139 auk sp (104S 35S) and 2 Swallows (1S 1N).
Also present in the area were Wigeon 2, Eider 12, Great Northern Diver 1, Whimbrel 1, Dunlin 5, Herring Gull 128, Arctic Tern 18, Rock Dove 2, Sand Martin 2, Wheatear 1, Pied Wagtail 3 and Meadow Pipit 4
